New generation farmers and entrepreneurs have been embracing cacao cultivation, combining it with agroforestry and sustainable practices to rebuild the industry. We ground the beans with organic cane sugar to create a very pure 70% Dark Chocolate.
Tasting notes for this beautiful Caribbean chocolate include red currant, fudge and roasted coffee. It’s hard to describe – you’ll have to order one to taste for yourself! Very limited production run: only 40 in total – order now!
